What exactly is kokoreç?
Seasoned lamb offal wrapped around a skewer and grilled slowly over charcoal, then chopped with tomato, oregano and chilli. It is one of Istanbul's best-loved late-night foods.
Is it fresh every day?
Yes. It arrives every morning, is prepared in the afternoon and goes on the grill in the evening. Nothing is kept for the next day.
How spicy is it?
Mild off the grill. We add chilli flakes and oregano to taste; write "no chilli" and we leave it out.
Where do you deliver?
Kreuzberg, Neukölln and nearby, roughly 2 km from the counter, until 04:30.
