My kit
Brewing workshop
Eight seats, three brew methods, two hours. Beans and kit are on us; you just turn up.
One change to my grind setting and my coffee at home tastes completely different. I watched the V60 video three times.
At the workshop we brewed the same beans three ways; I have never tasted the difference so clearly.
Questions
Which grinder should I start with?
A hand burr grinder, not a blade one, is plenty. What matters is a consistent setting, not the price.
How quickly should I use the beans?
Two to five weeks after the roast date is the sweet spot. Keep the bag sealed somewhere cool, not in the fridge.
Do I bring any kit to the workshop?
No. All the kit and beans are ready on the table. Bring your own grinder if you like and we will dial it in together.
Do you work with brands?
I work with roasters and kit makers, and I always say on video when something is a collaboration. Write to [email protected]
