How does the home trial work?
We bring up to three rugs and leave them with you for seven days. We collect the ones you don't keep, free within the city.
Hand-knotted or machine-made?
Turn it over: on a hand-knotted rug the pattern shows just as clearly on the back and the knots are slightly irregular. The fringe is the warp itself, not sewn on.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. After choosing the design and colours, weaving takes 3–6 months depending on size.
Do you wash and repair rugs?
Yes. Hand washing, fringe and edge repair: bring the rug in or we can collect it.
