I share my own experience; it isn't health advice. For questions about your baby's sleep, feeding or development, talk to your GP or health visitor.

Why don't you show your children's faces?

It's a deliberate choice: I want them to decide for themselves when they're older. You'll see hands, feet, toys and rooms instead.
