1. What the blue tick means
The blue tick shows that we have verified that the bio page belongs to the person or business it claims to represent. Nothing more.
It does not mean that tappon endorses the accuracy, quality or legality of the page's content, products or services; vouches for the owner's trustworthiness; or has any partnership or sponsorship with the owner. Visitors see this explanation when they hover over the tick.
2. Who can apply

- The account must be at least [SÜRE: e.g. 7] days old, with a live and complete bio page (profile photo, name, at least one link).
- No sanction for a serious rule violation in the last [SÜRE: 90] days.
3. How we verify
Personal account — one of:
- Image of an ID document: only name, photo and expiry date may remain visible; mask the national ID number, serial number, parents' names, blood type, religion and similar fields. Unmasked documents are deleted without review.

Business account — one of:
- Tax certificate or trade registry gazette / certificate of activity,
- Verification via the domain shown on the bio page (DNS record or an email at that domain).
Additionally (both): posting briefly, or adding to the bio, a verification code we give you on at least one social media account linked from your bio page.
4. Timing and outcome
- We decide within [SÜRE: 5] business days and tell you by email.
- If we refuse, we explain why. You can reapply at any time with the missing documents.
- You may appeal a refusal once within 14 days at [email protected]; someone else reviews it.
5. What happens to your documents
- Used only for verification; never shared and never shown on your page.
- Deleted within 30 days after the decision. We keep only the date, the method and the verified name/company.

6. Keeping and losing the blue tick
The tick may be removed if:
- the verified name, company or username changes materially (we re-verify),
- the page is transferred or sold to another person/business,
- it was obtained with fake documents or misleading information (the account may also be closed),
- it is used for fraud or impersonation,
- there is a serious breach of the Acceptable Use and Content Rules,
- the account is put on hold — while on hold your page shows the "on hold" screen, so the tick is not visible; when you pay, the tick returns without new documents (within [SÜRE: 12 months]).
Except in urgent cases we notify removals in advance, and you may appeal.
7. Prohibited uses
- Using images, emoji or symbols imitating the blue tick on your page.
- Selling, renting or transferring a verified account.
- Advertising the blue tick as tappon's approval or recommendation of you.
