Pre-Contract Information Form and Distance Sales Contract

Draft — requires lawyer review. The withdrawal section has two options ([SEÇENEK A] / [SEÇENEK B]); choose one and delete the other before publishing (see OZET.md, Decision 1). Placeholders are shared with the Turkish version, which prevails for consumers resident in Türkiye.

Part 1 — Pre-Contract Information Form

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, please read the following before you pay.

1. Seller / provider

2. Main characteristics of the service

• Service: tappon Pro — software as a service for building and managing bio pages. Features are listed at [FİYAT SAYFASI URL] and attached to this form.
• Plan and period: [OTOMATİK: monthly / yearly].
• Performance: tappon Pro is activated electronically in your account as soon as payment is confirmed (an account on hold continues where it left off). There is no physical delivery.
• Trial: no card details were taken and nothing was charged for the 14-day free trial you may have used before this order; this contract is concluded only by this order.
• Technical requirements: an up-to-date web browser and an internet connection. No extra software. No technical protection measures restrict access to your content; you can export your data as CSV/JSON.

3. Price and payment

• Price: ₺799 per month or ₺7,990 per year ([KDV DURUMU]); the yearly plan gives 2 months free compared with 12 monthly payments. Total payable for this order: [OTOMATİK: amount].
• Extra charges: none. No set-up, cancellation or withdrawal fees.
• Payment: by credit/debit card via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). tappon does not store your card details.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically on the same day every month or every year, depending on the period chosen, for the same amount until cancelled. We send an email reminder at least [SÜRE: e.g. 7–30] days before a yearly renewal. Price changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance and apply only to renewals after the notice.

4. Term and cancellation

• The contract is open-ended and renews for the monthly or yearly period you chose. No minimum term, no commitment.
• You can cancel any time under "Account > Subscription", as easily as you signed up, without giving a reason and without any penalty. Requests are processed within 24 hours at the latest.
• Cancelling stops automatic renewal; you keep tappon Pro until the end of the paid period. Your account is then put on hold: your public page shows an "on hold" screen (hidden from search engines), the dashboard takes you to the payment page, and your content stays; pay and everything continues where you left off. Content is only deleted if you delete your account.

5. Right of withdrawal

• You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day it was concluded, without giving any reason and without penalty.
• Having started to use the service during this period does not remove the right; if you withdraw, you get a full refund.
• The withdrawal period is separate from the trial; it starts on the day this order is confirmed (paid). It applies equally to monthly and yearly plans.
• To withdraw, use "Cancel subscription and request refund" in the dashboard, or email [email protected]. Using the sample form below is optional.
• We refund your payment to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your notice, free of charge.

[SEÇENEK B — statutory exception applies; a contractual "14-day no-questions refund" is offered instead]

• Because the service is performed electronically and instantly, and performance begins before the withdrawal period ends with your express consent at checkout, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
• Even so, tappon gives you a 14-day no-questions refund guarantee on your first tappon Pro payment (monthly or yearly): cancel and ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we refund the full amount within 14 days, no reason needed. The guarantee applies once per person/account and does not cover later monthly or yearly renewals.
• At checkout you tick this separate box: "I want my subscription to start immediately. I understand I therefore have no statutory right of withdrawal, but that tappon offers a 14-day no-questions refund on my first payment."

6. Other refunds

Duplicate or incorrect charges, and outages caused by tappon lasting more than [SÜRE: e.g. 72 hours], are refunded or, if you prefer, compensated with extra time. For cancellations after a monthly or yearly renewal, the rest of the period is as a rule not refunded; the subscription stays active until the end of the period and is then put on hold. 7. Complaints

• Within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the transaction took place; above those limits, to the Consumer Courts after mandatory mediation.

Part 2 — Distance Sales Contract

Article 1 — Parties

Seller: WebWorks 101 OÜ ("tappon"), details in section 1 of the Pre-Contract Information Form.

Buyer: the user whose name, email and billing details appear on the checkout page ("Buyer"): [OTOMATİK: name / company, email, billing address, ID or tax no if required for the invoice].

Article 2 — Subject

This contract covers tappon Pro (monthly or yearly) which the Buyer purchases electronically on tappon.bio and the parties' rights and obligations. The Pre-Contract Information Form and the Terms of Service form part of this contract; in case of conflict the provision more favourable to the Buyer applies.

Article 3 — Service, price and payment

3.1. Service: tappon Pro, [OTOMATİK: monthly / yearly] period. Price: ₺799 per month or ₺7,990 per year ([KDV DURUMU]). Total: [OTOMATİK: amount].

3.2. Payment is taken by card via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). The subscription renews every month or every year, depending on the period chosen, until the Buyer cancels.

3.3. Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance; the current period is not affected.

Article 4 — Performance

The service is activated in the Buyer's account immediately on payment confirmation. A confirmation and a copy of this contract are sent to the Buyer's email.

Article 5 — Term and termination

5.1. The contract is open-ended and renews for the chosen monthly or yearly period; there is no minimum term.

5.2. The Buyer may terminate at any time via the dashboard or by notice to [email protected], without reason and without penalty. Requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect at the end of the paid period. After termination the account is not deleted but put on hold (Terms of Service, section 7.5).

5.3. tappon may terminate in the cases listed in section 12 of the Terms of Service.

Article 6 — Withdrawal

Section 5 of the Pre-Contract Information Form ([SEÇENEK A / SEÇENEK B]) applies.

Article 7 — Refunds

Refunds are made within 14 days of tappon receiving the request, to the original payment method, free of charge.

Article 8 — Disputes

The remedies in section 7 of the Pre-Contract Information Form apply. Turkish law governs this contract.

Article 9 — Entry into force

The Buyer places the order by separately confirming at checkout that they have read the Pre-Contract Information Form and accept this contract. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. tappon keeps it available in the Buyer's account for [SÜRE: at least 3 years].
